Watch watercolor demonstrations and try your hand as you paint along with Geri! Have fun while you learn to capture the “local color” in watercolors.

Kevin has been playing music professionally in Ocean City, MD since 1993.  Kevin recorded his first album, Going Home, in 1996, a mix of tempos and styles. Kevin’s second album Troubador was released in 2001. Troubador is a very layered and meticulously recorded CD created with a large band and encompassing many musical styles. In 2006 Kevin’s third album, Scenic Route was released. Scenic Route is a fun lighthearted CD with an eclectic mix of originals and covers, including covers of the Beatles, Elvis Costello, The Church and more. Originals such as A.D.D., Stairway to Kevin, King Midas, and the crowd favorite, Redneck Nascar Honey, which has received a lot of airplay in the Maryland/Delaware area. 
 
Winterfest of Lights Ocean City

More than one million holiday lights sparkle throughout your favorite beach resort.  Tour the avenues of Ocean City to see seasonal decor then it’s on to Northside Park on 125th Street to see hundreds of animated lighted displays.
 
Relax in the heated tent, enjoy entertainment on selected nights & sip hot chocolate at the Winterfest Village. Browse Yukon Cornelius’ gift shop for a special gift and have a photo taken with Santa.
 
Board the Winterfest Express to tour the lights, including the themed exhibits of your favorite fairy tales.
 
Admission is $5 per person. Children, 11 years and under are free.

Randy Lee Ashcraft has been entertaining people all over the country for over 20 years and has returned home to the Eastern Shore to perform for his favorite fans! His music is often referred to as ‘beach country’. A former Green Beret in the United States Army, Randy has released five albums, which combined have sold over 20,000 copies to places as far reaching as Europe. In 1999, he received a citation from Governor Parris Glendening of Maryland honoring his ‘dedicated efforts to share the beauty of the Eastern Shore of Maryland region through his music and the song ‘Shore Thing”.  Randy is also the ’02, ’03, ’04, and ’05 winner for Best Entertainer/Singer of the Eastern Shore, the ’03, ’04, and ’05 winner for Best Singer/Songwriter on Delmarva, and the ’08 Entertainer of the Year as presented by the Coconut Times.

Friday, December 2, 2016 will kick off the holiday season at the Pocomoke River Canoe Company. Bring your children to see Santa and have a picture taken with him to benefit the Snow Hill Elementary School. There will be baked goods for sale to benefit the parent’s Association. O-Gauge trains are set up upstairs for all to see.

Dave Hawkins, an accomplished musician, has been playing music for what seems to be his entire life. Music is his passion and he is passionate about how it’s perceived throughout his audience. He plays many guitars, harmonica, and fiddle and when you hear him you will think there is a whole band, not just one person. This is accomplished by what is known as looping.  There is never a ‘backing track’ to play along with, which is used by some other players out there. His vocals and music will reach the deepest part of you while it sets your senses alive. He plays sounds from the current popular, to classic rock, to Dave Matthews, to his own original compositions as he touches on just about any genre you may desire.

Muskrat Lightning brings together musicians from two of the best bands from Ocean City, MD.  Sonny Martin, John Sybert and Skip Maisel, from G-13 have teamed up with guitar whiz, Otto Grundman from Galaxy Collective.  With over 20 years touring experience, Muskrat Lightning features catchy orginal songs, three part harmonies and top grade musicianship. In addition, to their originals, they interpret some of rocks most beloved songs and add their own take to the arrangement.
