Rules and Regulations
- Check-Out Time 11AM – Check-In Time 3PM
- Children under 12 Free.
- Additional person $10 per night with maximum of 4 persons per room
- 2 Night Minimum Stay on Special Event, Holiday and Summer Weekends
- Rates based on two (2) persons per room and do not include taxes. Rates are subject to availability and change without notice. Maximum of 4 persons, per room.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 10 days prior to arrival. There is a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within the 10 days forfeit the entire deposit.
- Reservations cancelled late (within the 10 day cancel policy) forfeit the advanced deposit.
- Cancellation/refund of deposit there is a $25 cancellation fee.
- A security deposit of $400 is applicable for guests under 25 years old.
- 11% tax rate will be applied to all reservations ( 8% State Tax & 3% City Tax)
- All guest rooms are non smoking.
- No third party credit card reservations, cardholder must be present at check – in and present photo ID.
- Pets are welcome. Limited rooms available; call us to reserve. View our pet rules and guidelines.
- One parking space per room.
