Rules and Regulations

  • Check-Out Time 11AM – Check-In Time 4PM.
  • Children under 12 Free.
  • Additional person $10 per night with maximum of 4 persons per room.
  • 2 Night Minimum Stay on Special Event, Holiday and Summer Weekends.
  • Rates based on two (2) persons per room and do not include taxes. Rates are subject to availability and change without notice.   Maximum of 4 persons, per room.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received 10 days prior to arrival. There is a $25 cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled within the 10 days forfeit the entire deposit.
  • Reservations cancelled late (within the 10 day cancel policy) forfeit the advanced deposit.
  • Cancellation/refund of deposit there is a $25 cancellation fee.
  • A security deposit of $400 is applicable for guests under 25 years old.
  • 11.5% tax rate will be applied to all reservations ( 8% State Tax & 3.5% City Tax).
  • All guest rooms are non smoking.
  • No third party credit card reservations, cardholder must be present at check – in and present photo ID.
  • Pets are welcome. Limited rooms available; call us to reserve. View our pet rules and guidelines.
  • One parking space per room. $20 extra for each additional car.
